Training

Lenovo Software offers customized on-site and remote training for LanSchool classroom management software.  On-site training is held at your location, while remote training is delivered via AirClass - Lenovo Software's rich and immersive live training environment.

Training is available for end-users who will be using the LanSchool Teacher Console, as well as for technical staff who will be deploying and supporting your LanSchool implementation.


Course Outline

Remote Training

Remote training is typically conducted in either 2-hour (End User) or 1-hour (Technical) sessions. However, we can customize the training to best fit your needs. Also, multiple sessions can be scheduled per day. Please see the LanSchool Training Information document (available for download on this page) for more information about the topics covered in each session.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted up to 10 business days prior to the week of training. 

Refunds are not provided, but you can reschedule for another available class date if you notify us 10 business days prior to the week of training.

Cancellations/Rescheduling will not be accepted less than 10 business days prior to the week of training.

Onsite Training

On-site training is typically conducted in either 2-hour (End User) or 1-hour (Technical) sessions. However, we can customize the training to best fit your needs. There are a few details that we will need to know in order to provide onsite training

  • Onsite training contact name, email and phone
  • Address of the training location
  • Security or sign-in required to gain access to training site
  • Parking permit if required
  • Building entrace to look for upon arrival
  • Verification that Internet access is available
  • Verification that a projector and screen are available
  • Names and email addresses of all attendees
  • The onsite training SKU includes all travel and related expenses.

Onsite Training is scheduled once Lenovo Software receives the purchase order. The instructor will contact the customer to determine dates that are available and reserve a date for the training.  

 

On-Site Training Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are accepted up to 30-business days prior to the first day of training. Refunds are not provided, but you can reschedule for another available class date if you notify us 30-business days prior to the first day of training. Cancellations/Rescheduling will not be accepted less than 30-business days prior to the first day of training. Rescheduled training is still subject to the expiration date on the voucher.

If instructor is delayed in arriving, arrangements will be made to modify the class schedule as much as possible and the instructor's travel departure to accommodate the lost time.
