Lenovo Software Services by Stoneware: Installation/Consulting/Training Services

Special Note: All Lenovo Software services provided by Stoneware, Inc. listed below (the “Services”) are invoiced upon receipt of order. All Services expire one (1) year from the date of purchase (or such other period as noted below). If there are Services that are not utilized within this one-year period (or such other period as noted below) from date of purchase, the Services, nonetheless, end and there are no refunds for unused Services.

CONHD: 4-hrs Remote Consulting Services. Not available for initial installations. Expires 1-year from date of purchase.

CON1D: 1-Day (8 hours) miscellaneous onsite consulting services. Price includes travel. Minimum order quantity is 2-days. Not available for initial installations. Expires 1-year from date of purchase.

INSTREM: Remote installation and configuration of the Unified Workspace solution based on the standard architecture. The standard architecture includes one unified workspace server and one dedicated relay server with SSL, ldap directory integration, basic branding, four file system nodes, three virtual web-apps, and three Terminal Server applications/virtualized applications. Services must be scheduled within 90-days of order placement and completed within 1-year from date of purchase. (Other SKUs: INSTREMNC)

INSTONS: Onsite installation and configuration of the Unified Workspace solution based on the advanced architecture. The advanced architecture includes two unified workspace servers and two dedicated relay servers with SSL, ldap directory integration, basic branding, eight file system nodes, six virtual web-apps, and six Terminal Server applications/virtualized applications. SKU includes travel expenses for one trip onsite. Services must be scheduled within 90-days of order placement and completed within 1-year from date of purchase. (Other SKUs: INSTON4REM)

PILOT1: The pre-paid Pilot 1 is a 25-user license and 8-hours of pre-sales technical support, which expires 120-days from date of purchase, 45-days of phone support, and a Lenovo Software Local XML Directory installation only. Remote Installation of one Unified Workspace server/relay server combo with SSL (self-signed certificate), basic branding, one file system node, and one virtual web-app. Services must be scheduled within 90-days of order placement.

PILOT3: The pre-paid Pilot 3 is a 25-user license and 24-hours of pre-sales technical support, which expires 120-days from date of purchase, 45-days of phone support, and a directory-integrated installation (Active Directory, eDirectory, or Lenovo Software Local XML Directory). Remote Installation of one Unified Workspace server and one dedicated relay server with SSL, ldap directory integration, basic branding, four file system nodes, three virtual web-apps, and three Terminal Server applications/virtualized applications. Services must be scheduled within 90-days of order placement.

LS-1DONS-TRNG: LanSchool Onsite 2-hour Training, may repeat class up to 3 times, must be completed in same day. Expires 1-year from date of purchase. (Other SKUs: LS1DONSTRNGNC)

UWADMINREM1: Unified Workspace Admin Online Training Class 1-Person. 16 hours of training and labs to be delivered in 4 hour blocks. Training delivered virtually through AirClass.

UWADMINONS5: Unified Workspace Admin Onsite Training Class for up to 5 people. 16 hours of training and labs to be delivered onsite at customer location over 2 consecutive days.
